1.Prices Quoted
The prices quoted cover only the quantity, packing and the delivery schedules specified. Prices are fluctuated based on LME and exchange rate. Quotation is only valid 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice when quotation is invalid.
2.Terms of Payment
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) full amount before shipment at the first order. T/T 30 days after closing date for further orders.
3.Minimum Order
The minimum order value is USD$5000 per FOB shipment. If it is less than USD$5000, then therewill be a USD$200 surcharge at its discretion. Full carton quantities of each item are equested.
4.Delivery
Normally 40 days after signing date of the Proforma Invoice. The Delivery date is estimated, actual shipping date will be given when offering Proforma Invoice.
5.Freight Terms
All products are normally F.O.R. or F.O.B. shipping point unless specified. Products will normally be shipped over land or water.
6.Warranty
We warrant the articles to be free from defects in material or workmanship under recommended use and service. Our obligation under this warranty, however, is limited to repairing or replacing at our plant or plant of our principals, any part which is in our judgment, upon inspection, is defective as above stated, provided the notice of such defect is given to us within 7 days from occurrence date and the article is returned to us within a period of 60 days from date of occurrence.
7.Return
Only accepted with the exception of defective goods or shipping errors which must be filmed and kept for inspection. No returned could be accepted without our written approval. All return goods must be clean, unused and undamaged with original packing.
8.Cancellation
Orders, once accepted, are not subjected to cancellation. Under the situation with the acceptance of order cancellation, buyer needs to pay a cancellation fee which will be determined by Chu-how. Special or customized orders are not allowed to be canceled.
9.Disclaimer
